"Companies advertising jobs with 200 duties and offering crappy pay" But they know who they want to target

Agreed and when I see those ads with tons or responsibilty I wonder how are u suppose to accomplish all that in 8hrs for 9-10 an hr... Just gets me stressed thinking about whose going to try to do that...

But those ads are for recent college grads who still live at home. Those companies would be shocked if they got a reply from a person who is over 30-lol

Im not lazy by any means of the word but what I am saying is if you want me to be a stressed out over worked mess I better at least be able to particpate in some "retail therapy" to get over it and get thru the next day. If you want a person to do the work of three people pay them as such.

They find someone. 8 million axed a few years back, with only a trickle of that amount of new jobs since. For now, and most likely many years to come, its a buyers market all the way.
