We don't live in the Soviet Union in the 1930's! I was watching a History Channel special yesterday about all the people who were in prison in the Soviet Union. If you were late to work 20min you got 1 year of hard labor in prison! Second offense? 10 years!

Too bad they didn't have the internet back then, as they could have all agreed to come in 30 min late on the same day - they couldn't send everyone to prison...lol.

That's some pretty scary info though, wonder what the penalty was if you played hooky for the day...
