I was accused of poking my finger in this employee face about five times and threaten to cut her throat in the locker room. I helped her on the job gave her information the bosses would not give her she turned on me became jealous call police on job she didn't come to court they dismissed it didn't put in order of protection after court they let me back on the job now the company high official have to investigate I work for the Federal Government. I have past my probation it takes a year she just started 3 months and need a year to pass coming on job with trouble and not off probation she have no proof we were yelling and she went to office with this bogus lie. I never miss days people love me there she has ruined my reputation her and I only was in lockeroom. The supervisor said to seperate us and that was not good enough for her she had to call police.
Marsha, Marsha, Marsha... stop yelling at people, stop lying and stop sticking your finger in other
peoples faces before you get it bitten off...

If her case was dismissed by the police, you really have nothing to worry about. It sounds like she has no proof or witnesses that this ever occurred. Although there is not much you can do about your reputation at work now, it sounds like she has created a negative environment for you.
A woman I used to work with accused a man of hitting her, so she called the police at work. A policeman came out, talked to her, and wrote up a report. That is all they could do. There were no witnesses to what happened.
