While I agree being a teacher is a high responsibility job, it definitely is not as demanding nor difficult as some of the others you list. Being a teacher is actually a pretty relaxing job (I have acquaintances that are elementary & high school teachers)

I agree with EMTs and teachers. Nurses are well paid. In many cities the police are underpaid. Trucker pay varies, long haul interstate drivers can make a great living, but those just driving from port to warehouse or rail yard have many expenses but spend a lot of time sitting. I would also add assisted living and social workers.
People are worth what someone is willing to pay them. So by definition, no jobs are "underpaid".
