How tough is it to find part time work in the service industry/nightlife if you already have a full time job? (tips, find a job)

Depends on the place. A restaurant might expect you to work a breakfast or lunch shift, if they have them, and isn't likely to make a part-time job out of the ideal dinner times. Etc. Same with bartending, although there's a better chance of it being only evenings (but might go on well into the early morning, depending on closing time).
Are you big enough to count as a bouncer/security person? Pretty enough to rake it in as a bartender?
Completely depends on what skills you offer and what kind of hours the nightlife place has available. Certainly can't hurt to try, and you should be able to find something (and get ready to be pretty tired...)
If you already work a full time 9 to 5, how tough is it to find part time work at a club, bar, or somewhere in the nightlife industry?
The only real jobs in a nightclub are bouncer, bartender, maybe a clean up guy. If you're really big you could be a bouncer, but a bartender requires experience, and for a prime shift, years of experience.
Casinos do, because the bar is so far from the supplies, but they are all Union jobs and hard to get it. That is what those who want to be bartenders do while waiting for an opening. A very large club and busy nightclub might, but I can't see a club like that hiring someone who is working a 9-5 office job and just thinks it'd be cool to hang out in a nightclub and make extra money at night. It is a job that normally leads into a bartending job, and they are going to want someone invested in the job. It is also a job for a young person, you have to lift heavy items and be very fast. OP didn't state his age or field, but I don't think it's very feasible. He also doesn't say how he's going to get home at 4am (workers are there long after the club closes) and still do a decent job at his day job. Also it sounds like he wants this type job to maybe meet people/meet girls (I am guessing) but barbacks run around all night and don't get to talk to patrons. It just doesn't sound very realistic.
