I keep getting emails to Sign up and connect on ReferHire. It looks like something similar to LinkedIN. Has anyone signed up and found it useful?

You must have posted your resume somewhere. I have been getting unauthorized subscriptions to other search engines and career network sites. They use a bot to take your email address for their mailing lists.

Unsubscribing is pointless, as the bots pick up your email address again. I just mark them as spam to block them.

Thanks looks like it is just a scam to get you to link your social media and email contacts to them so they can harvest them.
