If it was simply a matter of what she thinks, it wouldn't be a problem, unless the office is staffed by mind-readers. She is giving voice to those thoughts, in ways that make others uncomfortable, and that may indeed merit a firing.

In her case I pray for karma.
There's no way to know that it's bs. I'm guessing that if she's prone to mental issues this could cause an episode.
