You know about someone’s disability paperwork? How is that possible unless you read the paperwork? I sat in an office (with a hole going from one office to another) who was always filing for disability. However, I never had any clue what that paperwork said. I just knew she filed it because she missed work, got a fancy chair, and sometimes talked about it vaguely.
Simply being racist doesn’t merit a firing and firing someone for what they think, no matter that it’s wrongheaded, is an injustice.
If the woman’s performance merits firing it’s the job of the boss to find out and capable management knows who does what. Workers shouldn’t be finky and snitch on each other or conspire against an unpopular worker.
If it was simply a matter of what she thinks, it wouldn't be a problem, unless the office is staffed by mind-readers. She is giving voice to those thoughts, in ways that make others uncomfortable, and that may indeed merit a firing.
Is she getting paid our tax dollars while she perpetrates this BS?
Oh, G-d why was I raised NOT to be an opportunistic user who just looks for ways to get over on others.
In her case I pray for karma.
There's no way to know that it's bs. I'm guessing that if she's prone to mental issues this could cause an episode.
