I usually take three or four Mondays off per year. All because of alcohol. Not my biggest weakness.

I always say “I’m a perfectionist and can get more detailed than is necessary at times” which is true but can also be a strength in my field (I’m an analyst). Find a weakness that can be perceived as a strength and go with it.

For a time you screwed up it’s less about the mistake bad more about the steps you took to resolve it and prevent it from happening again.
