Why would you want an altruistic employee? They're just going to sacrifice company resources pointlessly.

Altruistic employee = "Yes boss, I'm willing to work 100 hours a week with no paid overtime!!!"

Remember, unpaid overtime = corporate welfare.

Thank god Im taking a self imposed retirement next year at 36 years old. Truly a JOKE what the hiring practices of these idiotic companies have turned into.

-Games
-Psychometric Warfare of minds
-Potential Love interests
-Drinking buddy interests
-"Can you fit into our corporate herd" Hiring
-Relatives of any past/current hiring manager

etc.

Who needs to have any experience, a good foundation for learning new things, skills, , work ethic, attitude, education anymore when the rest of the nonsense is all that matters.

America has truly become an utter TOILET

Yes, that too. I personally screen altruists and other irrational people OUT of a hiring process. I don't want them around me let alone working for me.
