Taleo job updates (interview, good, position, status)

Does anyone have any input here? I had a 2nd interview on Monday (I know only yesterday). And my job status says “complete “. It was only updated after my interview; before this it said “interviewing “ The withdraw button is still there and I’ve heard that’s a good sign but this is a position I want so badly and the wait is killing me! Thanks all :-)
