Self Quarantine vs Company Quarantine (employment, unemployment, job, paid)

I was originally put under self quarantine status at the job since it was highly suggested by the job's nurse to take off for 2 weeks but when I called today they told me they switched my status to company quarantine based on the fact I have chronic kidney disease stage 4. They told me that I will come back to work until the nurse tells me I can so I have to wait until she calls me. When I was under self quarantine status I was told I would be going back to work on Monday but it might still be that day or longer. What are other difference between the two? I know self quarantine is voluntary but is company quarantine mandatory? I asked about this but they didn't have time to explain it well since they had other people they had to deal with.

Under a company quarantine, if you are not being paid, you are eligible for both regular unemployment and the additional federal emergency benefits.
