OP should carry a voice recorder , use a phone app or smart watch recorder. Get about 25-50 recordings spread across multiple days. They'll be dead to rights.

Oh for Pete's sake. This is not at all what OP described. She stated that people "don't like her." That's a very far cry from discrimination and has zero basis for a lawsuit. Talking slow is not a handicap and not covered by discrimination laws, give me a break.
As others have said, work on your social skills. Talk to people, ask about their lives....people love to talk about themselves, they'll come away thinking what a great friend you are.
