It ain't big bucks. I was contributing editor to several local fishing magazines as well as one world wide well known one. About a full page of text with a picture paid me $40.00. Yippi !!!!! But it wasn't the money as much as the thrill of millions of people actually paying to read your crap. Fasinating ! One good article and editors ask for more. Reader feedback on your article and you get even more offers.

And since many famous names are just stage names, sometimes you just dont feel like your getting the credit or fame....just a check for $40.00.

It's still fun and local gigs do lead to bigger and better paying ones. The one time I was published in a very famous sporting magazine I was sent a check for $150.00. So as you can see, no one makes a living with words.

But good luck to ya............

Well I did some google-in and here is what I saw...

This website charges a 2.95 sign up fee, and they bill you 47.oo every month.

Now why is it so necessary to ask customers to spend money to get it?

When in doubt I always check BBB or ripoff report.com

These freelance websites pay a pittance for articles. I've written a few and it wasn't worth my time.
