People that have been "blacklisted" by their employers should rally together and stick it back to them! The old "divide and conquer" philosophy should be well recognized by now. Too many people just accept their "punishment" and try to move on. Identify yourselves and form a class action suit against these bullies. You know who you are! They just hope they have hurt you so much that you lose hope for yourself. You can understand how some people just get a gun and go "postal", I am willing to say that a lot of the victims probably deserved it. They always identify the shooter as a disgruntled employee, but do they know how much harassment they put up with until they snapped? No one will divulge that information...The "work at will" leaves the worker at the will of the employer, without much rights.

I'm afraid it might mean that soucouyant's former co-workers need to start wearing Kevlar. Yikes.

Well, I totally believe in Unions and the courts of law...which is where one should fight their battles.

But the idea of an informal blacklist, I would just move to another city.

good luck!!
