I currently live in Henderson, NV. I recently resigned from my currently employer after they made some changing within the organization. The job market in Henderson/Las Vegas is not good and have decided to move back to Southern California the first of May.
Here is my question. What address should I use on my Resume? I have been sending out my resume for about 3 weeks now with my Henderson address, but I include a cover letter stating my relocation. Will this vere some possible employers any due to my situation? Should I just use a friends address, so it looks like I do live in California?
Get a PO Box in California. Rent it for a year, cheap cost, provides security, and also since you'll be staying with a friend, your mail will be your mail, not mixed with theirs. Use the PO address in CA.
Check the UPS office. Their PO box address does not look like a PO box...it's got a regular street address and suite number.
