Can anyone provide me with a pay scale for a GS-7 Series 2210 and Vs any other GS-7 pay scale. Are they the same pay or does the GS-7 Series 2210 receive more pay than a normal GS-7 in any other series.

The series defines the job, as far as I can tell. I found this by googling about series 2210:

U.S. Office of Personnel Management

GS-7 defines the pay grade. So, I think the only pay difference you may see is if they apply a COLA to the salary.

Have you perused USA Jobs to see what is being offered? The salary ranges are listed with the job openings.
