Highest point is the peak of Ras Dashen at 4,550m (14,930ft). Can only see the rest of the surrounding highlands, it's quite a mountainous country overall.

How about the Carihuairazo? neighboring the Chimborazo at 5,018 m(16,463 ft).

Aconcagua, Argentina can be seen from Valparaiso, Chile.



Obviously it is not an easy task to climb it. Even by the "walkable" normal route.

Damn almost 7km high and that close to the coast. Impressive !
It is easy. Only difficulty is altitude and -as usual that high- cold and wind...
