what do you think- place to live in my situation (homes, school)

i changed so many homes during my life that now i don't know where is home. it started when i was 5.
ages 5-7 i lived in london
7-9 paris
9-11 new york
11-13 LA
13-15 siena, italy
than i went to boarding school in switzerland
next year i must start college but i don't know where. my family is in australia at the moment and i don't know where will they be next.
what would you choose if you can choose between any place on this planet
