I think your third criteria(being able to find a job) crushes all the possibilities because frankly there is just no job out there,no matter which country you're gonna stay in.

For the rest,I guess Japan is pretty ideal,or New Zealand.

You guys should really learn to look when the poster has created the thread, and if the poster is even active. No point in bumping up threads from the dead for an oneliner...
