Getting an accounting job or something similar may prove difficult regardless of education and work experience. Coming from outside of whichever country (maybe excluding Spain) and the EU/Europe, you may have to settle for something far less desirable and perhaps completely unrelated.

For example, I read this article recently on employment in Sweden:
Foreign degrees pose Swedish jobs challenge - The Local

Also, I see people are recommending Italy and Spain; take into consideration that these countries, as is common with southern Europe, have the highest unemployment figures in western Europe.

I am completely unfamiliar with accounting, as far as advanced degrees beyond whatever the bachelors-level equivalent is, but perhaps your best bet may be to pursue that in Europe if it is possible. You can learn the language and integrate into the society as a student while beefing up your education, which would most likely enhance your odds at finding a good accounting or accounting-related job.

Good luck.

I'm wondering what the market in his target countries for teaching Spanish is like. Or how about opening a private school for that? The latter may be one way to get over immigration hurdles.

Also, how do you feel about Japan? I've lived there and I think you might like it (plus it would be a good opportunity to learn Japanese): Check this out.

Shots in the dark, but thought I would run them by you. Good luck.
