I posted here ages ago that the most beautiful sounding languages were any of the Latin based ones (IMO). I still love Romance languages, but after hearing more and more of Japanese over the last 2 years (can't believe I didn't pay attention to it in the first place!) it has become the most beautiful to me, and my favorite. I finally began studying with commitment at the beginning of this year. Learning how to read and write is fun--at least for Kana. It'll take all my life to get a good hold of Kanji though XD. Also, the grammar is indeed tough, but still a gorgeous language that I plan to know well, nonetheless.
But yea, I just came by to update on Which language I think is most beautiful.
I think romance languages are the most beautiful (listening to French-language music right now!). They use a lot of vowels, for that reason it sounds so sweet.
It varies a lot. French indeed has a lot of vowels, but Spanish has only 5.
