Like what for example, Haiti's version of the French language ?

Scottish English sounds so sexy . Italian is music to my ears, I love reading aloud poetry in this language. Think D'Annunzio with "La pioggia nel pineto" or Dante's "Tanto gentile...".

And then there is Estonian, a language that simply amazes me. I must admit I did not pay any attention to it until I listened to the Estonian entry song for Eurovision 2009. I wish I could speak it, it sounds so out of this world:

Being a spanish speaker, I like Italian most. Then French, then Portuguese.

Spanish! But the Latin American varieties. Sorry Spain, but there's nothing beautiful about saying Grathiash instead of Gracias

To each his own.
Even though it is not my first choice for most beautiful language - but certainly one of the most beautiful imo - I much prefer the Spanish spoken in Spain.

I prefer Spanish in Spain as well. It's the original version of the language for starters and also, it has a very melodic sound, even with what some describe as a lispy sounding pronunciation of S.

Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, hindi. French, regardless of who's speaking it sounds arrogant to me. Most Spanish dialects I don't care for, except the mexican dialect. For some reason I find theirs to be very pleasing to the ears.
