**Tourist visa question - Polish in United States** (condo, MBA)

My gf is originally form Poland, visiting the states because she owns a condo here. Does she have to go back to Poland after the alloted time she can stay here on her tourist visa, or does she simply have to leave the country (anywhere) for a certain time? If she can go to any country, how long does she have to stay out of USA? For example could she go somewhere closer to FL, like the Caribbean?
