Agree! I don't get the concept of boring countries. Every country has something to offer on a first visit at least. If you are bored by beaches, well, don't go to beach rich countries.
Some countries do merit longer stays, second and more trips, though. For me they would be Italy, France, Portugal, Mexico, Australia, UK. Chile, and others.

Either do I... I think one can find something interesting to do/see just about anywhere.
