In the US, there are no set federal hours for drinking - they vary from state to state...but in Texas you can start serving alcohol at 7am and go all the way 2am...

Yeah, but you can walk everywhere in those countries - in Europe.

I lived in Europe for a year...I didn't need a car at all.

Half of that time, I was living in Spain...people would drink all night...socializing, you could easily walk home. But no one got drunk. They'd quickly say that Brits who were buying 2nd homes in Spain, they'd all say that's what they did.

A lot of his to do with those limited hour restriction times. I think the UK use to be around 11pm, so everyone got really drunk before they were kicked out of the bars.

Down in Spain, they don't have any restrictions on that.

I'm in Asia myself. No restrictions here either. You can drink in a bar at 6am if you want, and many people do
