The original poster is apparently upset that a thread about Russia was closed.

Unfortunately for the OP, City Data does have a problem with bashing of any sort. This accounts for the Terms of Service directive that bashing of any sort will not be tolerated.

Members will have the best experience at City Data if they take the time to read the Terms of Service and take the time to ensure that their material is presented in a form acceptable under the TOS.

Those who choose to ignore the TOS do so at their own peril.

As for the member who suggested the forums are patrolled on Sunday, he may be surprised to know that the World forum is reviewed on a daily basis.
