Asia is the most diverse, they got the cold northern Russia/Siberia and the tropical islands of the Philippines for example. But you gotta tell us what you mean by diverse like dreamer says.

Africa! From an ancient land of Pharaohs, Pyramids architectural genius and skill, Arabic countries, Sub - Saharan Africa, though most of it's history is largely unknown is the birthplace of Mankind, through the Plains, Rain forests and Deserts, different skin colors, hundreds of Tribes, unique culture, religion, history and fashion, languages and dialects.

Asia is the most culturally and geographically diverse. It's the birthplace of the world's major religions. The variety of people span from Bediouns in the Sinai to the Ainu of Hokkaido, and from Christians in the Levant to Hindu sages along the Ganges. It's landmass includes the scorching deserts of Arabia, the frozen tundra of Siberia, the towering Himalayas, and the temperate plains of eastern China.

For most of human history, most of the world's wealth was contained here and this is where most scientific/technological progress occured. As this current 600 year aberration is coming to an end, the wealth is traveling back home.

Actually, Asia is so huge and diverse that I sometimes wonder if it makes sense to refer to all of it as one continent.
