Friends isn't the right word.

There are so many interests, not the purity of a real friendship. Countries only have good or bad relations.

Brazil usually has good relations with almost everybody. Cuba, USA, countries very different from each others.

Recently we had a tension with Indonesia because they executed a brazilian citizen, but now it seems everybody forgot it.

Also, the relation with Venezuela is getting colder.

Sure but no one excessively close such as the Netherlands and Germany or Finland and Sweden
