Well... I live in a coastal area with "Aw" climate.

But if I go away from the coast just a few hundred kilometers, I enter an area of "BSh" climate...

The person of white skin suffers from skin cancer at a place with many ultraviolet rays.
The person of black skin suffers from hypovitaminosis at the place that ultraviolet rays have weak.
You can find a place that suits you.

That could be true in the old times of the hunter-gatherers.

Today, there are vitaminic complements that black skinned people can take to avoid any kind of hypovitaminosis when living in Canada or Norway.

And white skinned people can live close to the Equator, since most part of the time people are indoors, and there are sunblocks and suncreens.

I live in a city that is just 3 degrees south of the Equator, and there are thousands of white skinned people here, and they are not suffering from skin cancer.
