Hey everyone,
I have a question that I cannot seem to find the answer to.
What are some of the EASIEST countries in the world for Westerners (USA, UK, Germany, etc.) to move and live?
What I mean is, you could just move there, get a visa very easily, keep renewing it indefinitely, etc.
I am sure there are easier places to emigrate to than Australia, New Zealand, Canada...it must be easier to go to Cambodia than those places.
So, what places are REALLY the easiest to emigrate to?
Cambodia? Laos? Mongolia?
Any answers are greatly appreciated!
For a Jewish person the easiest place to immigrate is Israel.
I don't think it is so easy to emigrate to any country in the world today as all countries seem to have stricter and stricter visa rules.
Probably Somalia cause there is no real government.
Ironically, Mexico is very hard to immigrate to, it is MUCH harder for a foreigner to immigrate to Mexico than to the United States despite all the complaints the Mexican government make against the US about not welcoming illegals.

Can you provide details please? This is a subject that interests me.
Although I am aware that Americans cannot buy property outright in Mexico, it is my understanding that an American citizen may live in Mexico for one year, exit the country for a few days, and return to Mexico for another year; rinse, repeat. I believe this method is visa and residency permit free, yes?
Thank you everyone for the insightful posts!
You're probably right, Somalia one could theoretically walk in and settle, there's so many problems there now that nobody would care...
Any other suggestions?
@Trimac20: Do you think so? I know Cambodia has some interesting Visa/Residency laws, but what about a place like Laos? There's almost no info online about some of the Asian Socialist countries...but as you said, maybe it is very hard to emigrate there.

A little research would have told you that these statements are patently wrong. There are tens of thousands of expats living permanently in Mexico in property they have bought. Please research before you post erroneous information.
