Hey, BRITISH English and French are nice. Both can sound a tad affected, if you are of the rough hewn- variety, though . Some Americans drawl too much - dragging the word AA-N-D isn't very easy on the ears.

Polish and Parsi are pleasant -sounding. Don't confuse the latter with Arabic.

Spanish by far is the most annoying language by far. It does not flow well. IMO.

British English
French

Worst:
Danish - no contest
Hebrew

Slightly Annoying:

HEY! What's wrong with the Slavic languages? Someone else said they hate the sound of Russian, too. (Native Russian speaker, here.)

I love the tonality of Mandarin. Reading it is a bear, though, especially the traditional characters used in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Dutch is highly unpleasant, IMO, because it's so gutteral, more so than German.

Faves: Finnish, Romanian, Native American languages & Mayan
Worst: Dutch

Listen to a newscast in Buenos Aires or Madrid. You might change your mind.
But, if one uses Mexican street slang like "que pasa, mamacita" as a barometer, then I could see how you would think that.

Tagalog, which is spoken by Filipinos, is irritating. It has the cadence of a corn popper.

Best English-language accent: Caribbean/Jamaican!

As much as I love Thailand, I don't like the Thai language.

I also can't stand Hindi. I don't think the people who speak that language can use inside voices.

When i hear Slavic people speak it sounds like they either have a giant ***** up their ass or they just sound irritated/annoyed/bored like they aren't enjoying life.
