They aren't on the list, but I'd go for Honolulu and Rio de Janeiro.

It's also not on the list, but I really like the Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe (Kansai) metro region over metro Tokyo.

On the list, I'd probably choose Hong Kong or Singapore.

I'm a bit curious about Dubai. Most of the others on the list, I've either been to, or been very nearby to guess what it would be like. Dubai is a complete outlier for me. No idea what it would be like.

London, but Toronto/Stockholm are a close second.

Dubai would be my least favourite of all of these cities.
