(Presuming that you are referring to the Canadian House of Commons)

Interesting observation.

The Canadian Parliament now has a very different look from that of the past two decades or so. The Liberals and Bloc Québécois had been much much stronger in the recent past, and both took significant (catastrophic in the case of the Bloc) tumbles this past May.
