Since all the other regions in the Americas have names of their own (Latin America, Central America, Carribean, Etc.) and US+Canada don't realy have a term, Northern North Anerica is to long to say, and English Anerica sounds weird, and inacurate. Also US + Canda make most of the land and population. However when talking about North America on a geographical sense, then yes it's the whole continent. Also living in the US creates a bit of bias.
Usa and Canada is called anglo America you retard. Mexico is part of the north American continent. I swear people are so dumb
