I really like you Davy, but I fail to understand how one can classify entire nationalities as one thing or another. The way I look at it is that there are some really nice people everywhere you go (in every country and nationality around the world) and there are some really not so nice people everywhere you go. I always try my best to take people as individuals.

Disagree. Internet northern Europeans (read internet, not real-life) are the most stuck-up, inconsiderate, arrogant people on Earth. I find that Internet denizens from Britain and Europe are the most stuck-up, brown-nosed people on the planet. Yin and yang compared to the real-life equivalent which tend to be nice and easygoing

Really? Ever visitied the Politics and Other Controversies forum? The Internet Americans are not any better. I would rather blame the Internet . The anonymity seems to bring out the worst in people.

Most people, of very many nationalities, are pretty irrational in many ways, and irrationality often goes hand-in-hand with being inconsiderate. This is my experience.

I don't think it's possible to generalize. For example, in Germany there's a HUGE difference between North and South. Like two different countries, in terms of character. I've heard similar about England. With Russians, it depends on political party, to some extent, and wealth.

Why are Polish on the list? Slavs in general are pretty personable, compared to the general Germanic reserve (with exceptions as noted). The Polish are wonderful!

go figure.

From my experience, South Asians, esp Indians are consistently very hard to work with.
