NYC is better, just because they put all their buildings together making it look more modern with buildingas around the same size it does not quite meet when the brilliant design of ny.
I would have ranked New York #1 but it just isnt the same without the twin towers.
Now-a-days Im more inclined to rank medium sized, well proportioned cities in beautiful natural settings than the any number of johnny come lately skyscraper filled cities around the world.
