I'm looking for a city that meets the most qualities possible on this list, preferably in a developed western country.

Densely populated/urban, urban sprawl not wanted! (as in no Houston/Miami type cities)

Liberal, as few conservatives as possible,

As little religion as possible, I don't want religious views shoved in my face, and I don't want to see any more billboards decrying abortion and homosexuality.

Tolerant towards minorities, immigrants, LGBT community, etc

Lots of street life, cafe culture etc

Good public transportation, I don't want to have to have a car at all, bike friendly would be great

Cost of living: if cost of living is high, wages should be above average, I don't want to have to struggle with money

Good art and music scene, a cultural city

Weather: I cannot tolerate long hot summers humid or dry, average summer high temperatures would be best under 80ºF/26ºC, I don't mind cold winters just not severe, temperatures above 25ºF/-3ºC for average high temperature in the coldest month of the year, a mild climate would be preferable, 45-65 are enjoyable temperatures for me

Clean, lots of green space or close to forests/natural areas within an hour, low pollution,

I don't want to have to deal with lots of angry, rude people such as in Orlando and Miami

It'd be great to have a great culinary scene as well

A fit population, a city that makes it easy to stay active

strong economy

You posted this in the world forum. Are you open to any city on earth, or are you looking to stay in America?

If you're looking worldwide, then I'd say London ticks pretty much all of those boxes except maybe the cost but even so it can be done.

Portland or Seattle would fit the bill nicely

Auckland which is in New Zealand. It is the biggest city there with a population of 1 million people.

I would also second San Francisco, Portland, or Seattle. Other cities that come to mind are Vancouver, Munich, and maybe Dublin, and maybe not London but other UK cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, or Liverpool.
