This is the WORLD forum. Not the Tampa or any other part of the U.S. forum. Besides, this got to be a troll thread.

I have found that places that have a large # of different groups that socialize together; Work, Family and social events are the healthiest from my perspective. I don't have visability to all areas but some areas of the West Coast and S/W are pretty good. SD, Phx, LA, and SF all seem to have great areas.

Ive been all over the Carribbean and some of the Islands might be good! Kind of hard to get a good flavor as a Tourist, but Ive never had a bad experience anywhere in the Carribbean.

Someone said Africa, but you could be trading in colorism/racism for safety or some other ism as someone else pointed out. Your skin tone would probably not be noticed in the Congo but you would probably not want to move there or Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia or many other dangerous places.

^ Not only that, culturally an AA is still an American first then an African. All this 'black brotherhood' is all good and well, but how many could adapt to tribal life in the Congo?

"but how many could adapt to tribal life in the Congo"
I was thinking more along the lines of being amongst the millions killed in the Congo over the last two decades

Since it is a world forum, how is it in Australia?
