A friend of mine's father caught Stephen Harper at an Alouettes football game when he was scheduled to be present for a Cadets performance for the troops. My friend's sister was in the Cadets and Harper totally bailed on her and her crew!

Do you think Harper personally and intentionally made that decision? Or does he have a staff that schedules his public activities, who might have screwed up or got caught in an unexpected timing conflict?
