In Mexico, hotels that rent rooms by the hour are called "Motels", and they usually feature drive-through registration. You pull up to the entry kiosk, pay for the room, and proceed to a parking slot with a tarp hanging over the entrance, so nobody can see your car.

In Belgium, only drive through in fast foods like mc donalds but i'm pretty sure that if they introduced the ATM drive through, it would certainly work !!
Canada should have the same amount of them than the US.

Germany, as far as I know:

- Drive-through banks and credit unions (most):
I know one bank which had (still has?) a drive-through at their main office.

- Drive-through pharmacies (basically all chain pharmacies, e.g. Walgreens, CVS, etc.)
no

- Drive-through coffee shops (some)
no, just American fastfood chains: MacD, Burger King, Kentucky.

- Drive-through ATMs
no

- Drive-through mailboxes
there are very few of them, our main post office has one

Don't forget all the drive through liquor stores throughout the US.

Heres one I can almost guarantee they don't have in other countries though:

Almost every bank I have ever seen here in the US have drive-up ATM's, it seems to be the norm here. You just park beside the machine, roll down your window and insert your ATM card to withdraw cash, deposit cash, etc.
