Sure Obama is famous, but he's not outrageous so people don't know him quite as well as they know Bush. Bush was everywhere, he was a symbol to rally people against, and he outraged everyone so much they all knew his name. Obama's famous as well, but he's been pretty status quo and hasn't pissed off as many people so fewer would know who he is.
