I like what you did here. I'll give it a try.

Europe: London
Oceania: Melbourne
Asia: Seoul or Hong Kong(I'm a Singaporean)
South America: Rio de Janeiro
Africa: Cairo
North America: New York

Overall:
1. New York
2. London
3. Hong Kong
4. Seoul
5. Melbourne
6. Singapore
7. Frankfurt
8. Toronto
9. Chicago/Washington DC

Realistically that's it. (Not including the smaller American cities I could live in (Seattle, San Diego, Tucson, and Denver)

Can't imagine to choose a city of only one. It is difficult very much. But this is a medium-size city with access to the sea or ocean

Probably Seattle or Vancouver, the Northwest will always be where I feel most at home. Where else can you have world class amenities and only be a short drive from such beautiful nature?
Outside of North America though, I would probably go to London or Tokyo.

I agree, the NW is the most attractive region in the US. Other interesting parts are too extreme in terms of climate, or too boring, or suffer from other problems like race issues or economic turmoil. Or they are near mountains, or near water, but rarely both at the same time.

Choosing only one is difficult. But guess I can visit all the others ones still while living in my ONE city. So my vote goes to San Francisco. Seattle would be a close second.

Nope.
Because that's where my heart is.
There is no place on earth where I feel more comfortable and at home with myself.
I'm lucky to have found that, many people never do.
