What city do you think is the greatest place on the planet? If money, citizenship, family, etc that tie you to where you are were not a factor where would you live?

Totally subjective question and impossible to answer.

All of the cities you listed certainly have their merits. But I'll give a nod to Rio De Janeiro......

There's still a significant amount of poverty and a lot of ghettoish parts in NYC. If that were cleaned up and if the median income per worker were higher, then NYC would be the clear #1 in my book.
