Yes, of course, but after you posted the photo of houses oligarchs and corrupt officials, I shared photos of "elite houses" in Norilsk, for comparison.

Let the poor guy's head explode, trying to comprehend how such disaster may have income stats like America's greatest areas.

I've heard one young guy from Norilsk whining, how hard it is to get a hell out of there. Because he'd have to save for a few years, before affording an apartment in Novosibirsk - without mortgage.
