Wow. You love NYC ... and Istanbul.

In terms of parks, what does San Francisco have besides Golden Gate Park (huge), the areas around the Presidio, Crissy Field/Marina Green and some rectangles which take up tiny blocks?

I could see Boston in that it has access to the Cape and to Maine, which is beautiful.

I like the small city parks. Huntington, Alta Plaza, Alamo Square etc. Of course you can cross the golden gate to the Marin headlands again, lots of nature, or drive down PCH and nature.

Of course everyone's list is subjective and I keep telling myself I will never fall for another "pick your favorite"thread, but I was feeling bored today.

Yes I love NYC as much as I love Oz. But don't live in either anymore.
