Chicago still has plenty of nice impressive high quality neighborhoods that are safe/with a low crime rate that are not affected by the bad neighborhoods.

Similar to New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles etc. with the huge disparity/divide in neighborhoods.

Chicago is a good option for you to open up a place for that, but you have plenty of other excellent options such as Stockholm, Montreal, Paris, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Sydney, Melbourne, Shanghai, Bangkok, Taipei, Hong Kong, Seoul, Seattle, and Vancouver.

Holdup. Miami is the biggest party city in america. You'll have lots of competition but lots of people go to miami frequently to party. The audience you're looking for is huge in miami. Will be competition though.
