peculiar question , reminds me of the simpsons eppisode where ned flanders devotes a fully day to scanning various tv shows for a clip of too much ankle or mild swearing

hard to answer , rural areas tend to be more conservative , the most conservative part of western europe is the protestant parts of northern ireland , they also happen to be incredibly beautifull areas

ballymena
colleraine
north antrim

baschically , the very top of the island of ireland on the eastern side facing scotland , known informally as the bible belt of northern ireland , decent ( if you ignore the anual bout of anti catholicism ) but very conservative folk

Do those areas tend to have the most Scots settlers?

Even in the most 'promiscuous' countries, I think you will find the majority of people in normal relationships. It's not like Sodom and Gommorah.

I don't know what you would be expecting to find in most of Europe. A continent of free love hippie communes?

UK, Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia

Avoid the Latin countries where you have both high participation in organized religion and high promiscuity. Most of Northern Europe, minus the Netherlands, should be OK but I'm not sure where you'll find your ideal combination of low promiscuity and religion.

UK? The UK has the highest rate of everything to do with promiscuity in Europe lol. Teen pregnancies, sexual diseases, abortions, alcohol use etc, etc, etc.

what about Sorrento, Italy?? Its a small, beautiful city in where everyone seems to be SUPER family oriented! They kept asking me how is that i have lived with my boyfriend and never marry or when i was gonna have kids or when i was gonna get married, etc? It seems like there, living with your boyfriend or having a long-term relationship and not getting married is much more unusual than here.

That said, I'm an atheist so it would be preferable to not live somewhere where organized religion is prevalent. Further, by sexually conservative I don't mean no premarital sex, etc., but rather more people tending to seek out partners for a long-term and monogamous relationship instead of casual sex or short-term relationships.
Sweden? It's not that it's sexually conservative, but they have a thing about respecting women. And it's pretty secular. If you live in smaller towns, there's no prostitution, etc., I don't know about Stockholm. What's your marketable job skill?

Prostitution is legal in Switzerland. And I wouldn't recommend Germany.

Prostitution happens almost everywhere regardless of legality..

Also, the OP is looking for a relative lack of promiscuity in general, not specifically a lack of prostitution.

I would think it is just the other way around and that the Germanic parts of Europe are more promiscuous than the Latin parts. Maybe you thinking otherwise is due to the archetype of the Latin Lover or something?
