The one city that comes to mind is Shanghai. I think its even more futuristic than Tokyo, imo. I've never been there, but I've seen it in movies, TV, and pics (including the new 007 movie "Skyfall"), and it looks like a mix of the Jetsons and "Blade Runner".

Yeah especially with that mag-lev train connecting the airport. Japan has been in recession for 20 years as China has surpassed it.

I agree that the most futuristic city is probably a terrible place to live, to raise a family, etc.
Those cities only serve as a workplace for brainwashed white-color ants or as a background for action movies
