The cooks are French
The lovers are Italian
The mechanics are German
The policemen are British.
But in the worst of all possible worlds,
The cooks are British
The lovers are German
The mechanics are French
The policemen are Italian

I also choose Japan for calm and Australia for not consistent/not predictable.
Russians and UK British actually seem more sensitive than apathetic on average. For Moroccans they appear more apathetic than sensitive.
Malta is technically a country but it really is just a Southern Italy island.
Italians seem both energetic and lazy simultaneously and have that paradox. Greeks and Portugese appear a lot more lazy with less of a paradox.
For energetic, I choose China for plenty of reasons.
For chaotic, I would choose some or most countries in South America/Central America/Caribbean.
What countries/nationalities would both of you choose for Mysterious, Thoughtful, Lack of thinking/thoughtless, and Ostentatious with character/personality/temperament?

Calm, Japan? I don't know, I think Japan has two sides. There's the calm Zen buddhist meditation, but in Japanese movies you always see them shouting and being very aggressive. The Japanese military seemed pretty brutal and brutish lol.

No paradox. Italians save their energy for partying - feasting, enjoying time with friends and family, dancing.etc lol. Stereotypes of course. None of that Protestant work ethic crap of the Germanics.
