Lots of people have hated Switzerland ....... well maybe hate is too strong a word. Jews for example were angry for not being allowed in while they were trying to escape Nazi territory. Some allied nations were PO'd because Switzerland did banking with Hitler, and stashed some of the spoils of war for him - keeping much of it later. And finally, there's the unpleasant taste and aroma of authentic Swiss cheeses.
We don't have the best relations with the Philippines, they could be a jerk at times and they really are not in the position of being one.
Btw the Philippines has even worse relations with the Chinese, but well, almost everybody here has terrible relations with China anyways.
